White Label Reseller Accounts

Green ISP now offers those wishing to enter the hosting area a eco-savvy white label option. Please read below for details and the current plans we offer. Should your requirements not match up with an offering below, please do not hesitate to contact our sales team.

Common Questions & Answers:

  • Who looks after my clients?: You look after your own clients and any support questions they have. Green ISP will never deal directly with your clients, unless requested to do so by yourself.
  • Who bills my clients?: As with support, you will be responsible for any and all billing related matters with your clients. Green ISP is a reseller for WHMCS (www.whmcs.com) and as such we can provide you with the software required to handle all your billing needs. Please contact us before or after your purchase to include WHMCS with your package.
  • Your support agreement: Any issues you have with your reseller account or your reseller service is entitled to support with Green ISP provided that support is not end-user support for your clients that typically you as a reseller should be able to resolve.

1. Excess Bandwidth: If you reach your monthly limit, excess usage will be charged at $3.30 per GB. ($2.50 per GB pre-paid).
2. Configurable Spam Filtering: You will be required to configure and modify the rules to suit your own preferences. By default some stock settings will be applied, but may require 'tweaking' to match your requirements.
3. Monthly Fee: You can pre-pay for up to 12 months in advance, simply elect to do so as part of the ordering process.
